    Great to see another poem from you! Not only is this a beautiful message of self-care, taking time to calm our own worries and anxieties, but it also serves as an important and necessary reminder that we cannot solve the world's problems. Sometimes, we have to detach ourselves from what's going on. Not because we don't care, only that we probably care and feel so much, and there have to be moments where we can realize what we can and can't control. Of course, that's easier said than done though. The weight of the world is heavy on us all... but maybe that unites us in our humanity. That we feel similar burdens and pressures, and we're all just trying to breathe and do what we can. "Meditation" can mean a lot of things to different people. Whether it's guided meditation, specific mental exercises or a simple breathing one, it can definitely help!
