In infinite reflection
my mortal sails raised,
filled with the winds of humanity,
on oceans bound by imagination.

Knowledge inate in dusty drawers
released in glory as key finds lock,
forgotten arts obscured by time,
flourish in exquisite intrigue.

Fables warmed by fires of truth
with all of antiquity in their midst,
continue endlessly on glassy seas,
guided by their echos in the night sky.

Great to see a new one from you. As to the quality, well that is never in question with your work.

I've been dallying with a guitar of late and haven't been writing too much so I'm glad you liked it, and without bromancing too much your comments are humbling from in my opinion an exceptional poet \m/
