Pearls

The tears have fallen,
They are lost in the rain.
Each one with its own story,
Each one with agonizing pain.

The tears have fallen
As white pears on crystal ground.
Each one screaming out loud,
As if tragedy they’ve found.

The tears have fallen,
Love, life, friends, all gone.
The pearl is lost in the world,
The pearls existence is forgotten.
