Title: Nothing. That can mean so many things here, do you feel nothing, or is nothing left? I like it because it can be interpreted in so many ways. Plus I love questions in poetry so it draws the reader in.

First- A lot of people depression will be able to relate to the first half of this. Lying awake at night tells me that your thoughts are racing. But I'd bet a lot of people can relate to that very scene. Looking at the darkness and just asking questions, they are about nothing but they are also everything! I have often thought about what it was like to die, as most people, that feeling is emptiness. So the questions here kind of have an answer inside or you answer a question with a question. Like the death part, is it a black hole for souls? Yes, yes it is.

Second-ending- These questions are very relevant and work well with the emotions and message of the poem. The universe, is it expanding or is that just part of your mind? It's hard to tell when you feel this way. When does nothing take over? I'm not sure at all. But I do like this stanza. Does heaven then take part? Who knows. My favorite line is the one where your name comes into play. Did you make your mark on the world, or did you just survive. Love the last full line. Have you tried to remember your past? I think a lit of people have. Love the "(I have)". It's like a thought you don't want to say. Excellent!
