What you were is not what you are now

by jme   Apr 16, 2008

When I met you my sophmore year,
you were just a freshmen,
trying to make your way through high school,

You had no friends,
and no one liked you.

I became friends with you really quick,
We were the best of friends,

Then one day you started dating my best friend,
and that is were our friendship ended.

You haven't been the same since,
you and her decided to brake up,

I was tore apart because,
you wanted me to be with only you
and she wanted me to be with only her.

I couldn't decide who I wanted to be with more
you were both my best friends

it tore me apart when you wouldn't hang out,
with me when I was with her,
and the same with her

I wish that you and her would
go back to the way you were
when I met you
