Aww.. this poem is simple and short.. but to be honest I couldn't really understand it or interact with it... could you maybe explain it to me?

Its abt those troubles whch are forced by others on us whn we get in luv......nobody want us to live our live .....so i used the frst 4 lines to explain the intensity of those troubles :)

In some what this way i laugh at her,
here "her" refers to the world .......
