The putter patter of little feet
In my heart my worlds complete
The sound of voice's calling my name
Knowing a with them life's never the same

Unconditional love at first sight
Their like little stars shinning at night
Overwhelming emotions hit's me hard
Calmed by the knowledge they are not far

Always needed a reason to be around
And that in them is what i have found
Faced with the reality of a lonely life
Knowing I'll never become a wife

Joy in the feelings, that wont ever be mine
But second best i can handle just fine
Touched with a gift so rare
With them I'll handle with great care

Trust in the love they show
Now how much I'm loved i know
Kisses so sweet, hug strong a tight
Now going to bed wont be so bad to-night
