I loved your poem but wait, do you really have cancer? :| I'm sad to hear this if yes, and hope you never have it if no :) the emotions were so heartfelt and you portrayed such sad verses!

I have some suggestions though :)

I got told I could have cancer at my sisters wedding
I went to the doctors, they said it was spreading
I went to get a scan they told me its treatable with pills
They said I was really lucky coz this sort of cancer kills.

"coz" should be "because" :)

Months started to passed, I started feeling ill
I went back to the doctors they said its eating you still
I got told " its the pills your body has started rejecting"
But what they told me next, my mind was not expecting.

"its" should be "it's"
I loved the last two lines...they were so sad :)

They told my parents theres nothing they can do
I wish this was fiction but believe me "it is true"
I was stuck in bed i couldn't move ,hear or think
It was getting worst I couldnt smile I cant even blink

I would write this "i couldn't move ,hear" like this:

"I couldn't move[,] hear"
way so better!

It's starting to go dark im starting to go cold
The only thing I've got is the quilt to have and to hold
I cant bare this pain I dont want this feeling to stay
"I dont have long , inside the cancer eating me away"

"im" should be "I'm"
"dont" should be "don't"

PS. why don't you put apostrophes?
