Although I truly hate pills, I like this poem. I do think it could benefit more from a different layout and some punctuation.

Maybe add another "pills" at the beginning...and maybe even go into detail of what kind.

Put them down!!!!!!! PUT THEM DOWN!!!!! I love you bro, please, you are such a talented author, you prove that with every poem, including this one, great job I have to say!
