This is a very sad poem. I know secrets are a horrible thing to have. Its like everyone looks at you in a different way when you have this baggage inside. I agree that it does tear you up inside and your heart becomes something you don't want to have. I know weall have flaws but iit's hard when people judge you. O like how you hug yourself because sometimes it's hard to keep everything from spilling out when you just want to talk to someone you trust. I agree no one can help you per say but it's nice when you have that one person. This is a very sad poem as o said before. No one wants to keep secrets inside of them. But you did a great job letting your feelings out
