Bianca, this is breathtaking and how you bring the three scenarios together is very beautiful. A great message too.

This is beautiful. It reminds me of road trips I've been on to Qld and Vic. I went on one of those drives with a friend just to get a coffee. I know, sounds daft, but it was an awesome time. I mention it because you're absolutely right in your poem. At sunrise, things look different, and so do they at mid day, sunset and night.

When there's no light pollution from city lights and you're in the middle of nowhere, the sky looks amazing. It's something totally different that makes you realise just how tiny you really are. The stars and the clouds of gas between them come out of hiding and you could stare at them for ages. Some of those dots are actually galaxies - so distant that they look like stars. Some of the stars could have exploded hundreds of years ago and all you're seeing is the light that reached us before it happened.

Point being, beautiful write. I think it deserves a nomination. Thank you for sharing it with us all :)
