I've met a lot of cats Dagmar, as you can imagine! Lol
I don't feel any cat should be caged, although I know some breeds are happy to be just 'house cats' for the majority of them, it would break their spirit though.
A lovely piece that really reflects the nature of the cat :-) x

Thank you and I agree. I love cats and mine are inside. My Spirit he is going on two I think he rather be outside. But then I am scared for him. Am I being selfish?.

I often wonder the same about cats, Dagmar. I see them more as lodgers who come and go as they please. Nobody really ever owns a cat, they simply provide lodgings! But they wouldn't stay if they didn't want to.

    Take care, Dagmar

Thank you Ben. Cats are very independent nothing like a dog. Perhaps that's why people rather have them outside. I love my babies and they are very affectionate including the male cat he is just very hyper. Hope you are well.

Lovely write Dagmar. Our kitty is definitely an indoor lady. She snuck out one night and in the morning she was on the neighbors driveway doing super quiet meows, wouldn't cross the yard because the grass was wet. She was tramatized for about 3 days after that. Poor thing. Although she hasn't attempted going out anymore. She's content to look out the window..
