Well first Id like to start by saying wonderful poem. Second I would like to say that when you tell your mom that you're suicidal let her know she has NOTHING to do with it. Parents like to take our problems and then make it about them...even when they have nothing to do with it. Maybe you should try to make an appointment without your mom. Call them up yourself.
