One word 'chilling' another word 'sad' and another ' wonderful'

This is a 'wonderful poem. It's rhyme, flow and content are all in the correct measure. It is 'sad' this grabs the core of the reader and squeezes the very life out, like the poems message is strangling the reader. Sad also because what samaritan would not want to reach through these words and find you and save this person from this monster. 'Chillling' yes this poem gave me goose-bumps and I believe any poem that can achieve that response is a 'wonderful' one.
