Actually, the flow was really good. I know the feeling that you are speaking of and though many will be offended by it, the truth is that we ALL go through this phase at least once in our lives.

Writing is a great way to release anger and pain, but sadly it never stops it all.

Again, I thought this poem was written nicely and speaks volume.

a little bit more puncuation is needed but maybe thats just my way of thinking.
