And i woke up this morning..and realized the truth. No longer is it me and you.

Here today.
[ g o n e ] tomorrow.
Just a shadow of yesturday.

Its so close to be what it use to be,
yet its so far.
i cant do this anymore.

I dont want to...
...become a memory

And, if you look close enough,
you can see every word you never said...
running down my face.

All I have is the memory of what was
so lets just pretend it never mattered
