Ok so write me a poem about falling in love. It has to be in by July 16th latest and please don''t make it too short. I'd prefer if it rhymes but that's up to you. Have fun and be creative. :) <3

Can it be old?

Acquaintance made through common friend;
seat occupied in that friend's stead;
unwritten rules that flex and bend,
became brittle with the go ahead.

Unaware of what was to impend,
impaired, the duos' morals fled.
An act ensued that few commend;
affection thrived with little said.

Fortunately, they'd transcend
a love affair begun in bed.
Made a pact to start a trend,
to compromise and forge ahead.

Tightly knit, no need to mend,
a relationship of flawless thread.
Unblemished, left without loose ends;
woven, so as not to shred.

Your smile blinds.
Your charm perfectly divine.
Just say you'll be mine.

Never have I longed for bliss.
Soothe me with a kiss.
Together, but I still miss,
Your warmth

Forever, fast I'm falling in love.

Forgive me if I seem naive
But I still believe,
This passion I feel
Is just a dream.
That this love is beyond me.
Am I still lonely?

Forgive me if I cry
But it pains me to know,
You aren't completely mine.
Years I've searched
Just to find
Someone to love for all time.

From the hands
Of ultimate despair.

A Journey Into Your Life

Everytime I daydream, I dream of you.

Your love encompasses me like my sun-tanned skin, derived from blissful moments in a resolute journey. A journey, through littered roads with broken hearts, not a destination. It's a exploration in the lines of fire in which I'm willing to partake.

You're the coffee that I drink: strong, bold, and sweet. I can taste the sweet tenderness amdist my lips, I can smell the floral fragrance emitted; and I tell myself, I must be dreaming, dreaming of you, once again.

They say paintings paint a thousand words, well I hope the same is true for poetic prose, I hope my words paint a vivid scene in which you'll embrace, like I've been doing these past couple of days.

Reality recently smacked me right in the face, I must admit, I must of been blind...

I daydream, whenever I'm not with you.

When Heaven Sank to Hell

When Heaven sank to Hell
And darkness swallowed the light
He felt he'd reached the end
He feared he'd lost the fight

Forever the Darkest Angel
The title he couldn't dispose
He was drowning in his past
Where no one else could know

This Angel that felt so lost
Seems to have been found
A dove flew out of nowhere
And turned his heart upside-down

His feelings for her were strong
Quite unknown to her
The time they spent together
Caused butterflies to stir

And now she's reading these words
Learning of my secret love
For I am the Dark Angel
And she, she is my dove

I'm putting my heart into her hands
She tripped me and thus I fell
This mesmerizing dove saved me
When Heaven sank to Hell

Love, kiss, hug what ?
I wasn't into none my Lord !

I felt so alone in the world
Then came you;made my world

There was peace every minute
Then came you;raised blazes for every minute

There was nothing before, I had
Then came you; made me no more sad

I was, indeed , happy-go-lucky

Title: The Majestic Feeling Of Love
Poet: Lilium

A distinct emotional reaction,
that can form a bond and a win-lose attraction.
The days go by slowly in the arms of love-
Constantly grinning by the warmth of a touch.

You don't abide by any set rules, you elicit your own-
Waiting at the door of that certain someone's home.
The feeling of being cautious while waiting outside,
but it's mesmerizing to see the stars sparkle in their eyes

With every nightfall you long to see them at sun rise.
They will brighten your day and make blue in the skies.
A fervent adoration sparks to life a feeling so plain,
but when it's true it is not so normal and it has not a name.

We call it love in many words and like phrases,
But it's more than just that in so many cases.
Whenever they are near we get a smile on our face.
It's experienced in many culture and shared by any race.

We feel like we could cry when we see them in tears,
wanting to be there hero or heroine and slay their fears.
Silence can be accepted just for alone being with them,
It's a ingenuity that we long to share with her or him.

A flicker of a flame that can light your whole body on fire.
You find you long for their warmth pressed against your own.
Beautiful limbs that carve a sculpture made to be a home.
Silken skin that changes the elements to both love and desire.

It's fair to say that falling in love is the greatest gift of all
Just being able to slip and in their arms you fall.
I can concur that it's simply life's greatest feeling,
because love sets everyone's heartbeat spiraling and reeling.

-If I Told You-

Friends we are and have been for a while now
We laugh and talk and secrets, we avow
You and me, me and you, I hope it will last forever
We are the best of friends and do things whenever

But I think that this is more than a friendship for me
I don't want to just be near you, closer can we be?
I think I am falling and falling hard and fast
I don't want to lose you and I want us to last

Your hair, your smile, your eyes
It all comes together and makes me apprise
That I was oblivious before of how you made me feel
This isn't just a friendship, it's the real deal

I want this more than ever now
But if I tell you, will you have a cow?
Would we still be friends if I told you?
Could it actually work out for us, I wish I knew

I think I am falling and falling hard and fast
I don't want to lose you and I want us to last
But if I tell you this one last secret, from me to you
Would it still be us, or would we and us be through?

A glimpse, a gaze, a smile on the face

A look can convey so much

The heart dashing in a scenting pace

Although they're out of touch.

How should I construe his countenance

That alters like night and day

Giving out a tender consonance

Or just a repellent ray.

A look of love is his gift

That cause me to go dizzy,

leaving my quaky body stiffed

Ensued with ardent tizzy.

Followed with a day of tribulation

Is what augments in me

When my eyes search for his fixation

But he doesn't want to see.

Sometimes a glance is what I get

That lets me know I crossed his mind

Feeling thereupon a sudden regret

Cause it's not him in my head that I should find.

The expressions that he emanates

Versatile but still so sober

He often combines with some serenades

Before my heart he confines in lockers.

How should I withstand his appearance

That casted a spell over me

Having control over all my abearance

No doubt, I'll never be free

The Hole

Frozen and wide-eyed, I stare down the hole.
Part of me wanting to fall.
My head says to run where all will be safe,
but I make no movement at all.

As the minutes pass by and the sun overhead
comes closer to where I could dive,
My shadows grow, too, in beckoning slowness,
In tandem with testing my pride.

The blackenss beneath was embracing my fears;
the questions proving too much:
"How far will I fall?" "Will it hurt when I land?"
"Will I survive this looming, fast rush?"

I stare at my shadows still growing; no pause
and roll with my eyes in defeat.
My heart starts its pounding; a magnet at best
as i start in my counting to three.

"One" I say softly, yet trembling in fear,
Reality clutching my throat.
I sneak in a breath; anxiety building.
My mind is still telling me, "No!"

I'm flooded by memories and thoughts from my past
and more easily voice, now, a "Two"
because all my memories comfort me now...
my memories were all based on you...

Anticipation gnaws at my mind;
a future is all I can see.
Now, staring wide-eyed, your face in my eyes,
I shout in my blinded love, "THREE!"

Divine Unity

Lipstick stained sheets
Curve around our figures
Like summer afternoons
Intoxicating us with
Torrid passion.

Our inseparable souls
Weave melodies filled
With sentimental lyrics
That were engraved upon
Angels' satin wings.

Sunshine seeps through
The facade generously
Streaming with buoyancy
Shielding us willfully
'Til it can bear no more.

The day wears on
Continuing without
Our presence
As we experience
Real paradise.

The phone sounds
Watchful cloaks turn
Impatient horns
Are shrieking
And you hesitate.

Pleading arises from
My lips faintly
The desire is too
Overwhelming
You just can't resist.

As night rolls in
With its polished smile
We both realize that
This is only the
Very beginning.

Words can't begin
To define true love
But it's moments like
These that portray
Divine unity.

By the way, what are the prizes?

Love Written in Sand.

So, she went on vacation
but only for a few weeks.
She never wanted to leave him,
but she had to risk the stakes.

She had the time of her life,
but still thought of him each day.
She wrote him a few letters,
but never knew what to say.

So many things were happening,
while the time quickly passed.
Her anxiety had risen
until they would meet again at last.

but there was a time at the beach
where her spirit was set free.
the time she spent there opened her life
to a new one that was meant to be.

so, she wrote her love in the sand.
and prayed it wouldn't wash away.
for even though she knew it would
the real love she has is there to stay.

She will not forget that very moment.
for she left her feelings on that beach.
and only with him, will she share
the love that's only in his reach.
