What isn't a scam?

Hey there people!

I've just been reading the topics in here and there seems to be quite a few scam poetry contests and scam publishers.
I was just wondering if there are any that aren't a scam.
Also which you would recommend to someone looking to enter a contest and/or get published.

I thought this might help not only me, but also other poets on this site too.
