Dogma Publications?

Yes I've heard of them, they've published some of my early poetry. If they sent you a letter saying something along the lines of "sign here so we can use your poem and if you want to order a book fill this other bit in", that's good. You should have then sent it back to them before the deadline stated. Now if you didn't order a book then you probably won't hear from them again, however if you did and it's a month past publishing date of that book, try contacting them.
I've personally had enough of vanity press so I'm not submitting to them anymore but good luck to you.
