Grandma I didnt even get to say goodbye :'(

Grandma
The day you died was hard
seeing you lay in that bed was the day i lost my head
i had a million emotions running through my head
all my thoughts and memories
you went to fast
i didn't get to say goodbye
now all i do is sit here and cry
all the memories i have with you
all the fun with just us to
going shopping
going for walks
cleaning house
everything you made fun
you always brighten my day
now your gone and the sun has gone away
I'm lost with out you
why did u go so quick
i didn't even get to say goodbye

<<< my grandma was the best i wrote this for her she pasted away a couple of months ago.. its never going to be the same <3 RIP Grandma love u forever and always

    Hiya, I like your poem. It reminds me of my nan. I too lost her about 7 years ago. The morning I found out I jumped on the first train from London to my mum's home. On the train I wrote a poem for my Gran. I read the poem at her funeral and hope she heard every word.
    I haven't actually entered it on here, but now after reading your quality piece I will!
