Nothing to do
Nothing to say
The sun goes out
The stars fade away

The world keeps turning
Babies are born
Some people get famous
Some people get scorned

No more thoughts
No more writing
No more wanting
No more fighting

The wind still blows
The grass grows green
Steady distruction
God unseen

School will keep going
The news will keep on
Life will continue
Though I will be gone.
