The Past is NOT the Past.

by MissAlyssaGraff   Sep 16, 2008

She pushes them away and always tests their limits,
with the way that she snaps she's been known to throw a fit.

It's not that she's rude or wants to be alone,
she's just used to independence and having a place of her own.

So many failed relationships, so many tears.
She thinks she can drown her sorrows away with a few beers.

"I don't need help, the past is the past".
You say that but you bring it up real fast...

Denial is normal in a case such as this,
but stop being stubborn and give your man a kiss!

If you don't stop pushing the people you love away,
the next thing you'll be doing is pushing daisies in May.
