Sisterhood

To be sisters you must have a link
A special thing you do
A way to help eachother laugh
A way she sees through you

To be sisters you must love
No matter how much you fight
You won't always like eachother
But it always turns out alright

To be sisters you must be there
For all the things you can
And where you cannot be
You'll find another plan

To be sisters you must know it
And parade the fact around
Showing every one how great
She is from cloud to ground

To be sisters you must smile
Every time she does
Because there's nothing better
Than happiness and love

What matters to one, he keeps close. He who makes out time for you, cares.

Nice piece i loved it. Excellent rhyming except for the last stanza:
To be sisters you must smile
    Every time she does
    Because there's nothing better
    Than happiness and love

  • This is such a beautiful heartfelt poem!
I only wish my relationship with my sister was this strong and beautiful - sadly it's no one close.

    One minor thing;
'eachother' is two words - 'each other'
(there are two instances of this in the poem)

Flawless rhyming; the flow was perfect.
The opening was just right, and so was the ending.

    Well penned. 5/5
