I won't ask for someone
To grab my hand
When I feel like drowning

I won't beg for someone
To show me love
that doesn't come at a price

I won't pray for someone
To shelter me
In their warm embrace

I won't want for anything at all.

    Seems like writer is fighting some wars within and convinces herself she doesn't need any one. It's a feeling everybody gets. This is so relatable. Beautiful.
