    Wow ... this is great!
    "Folded arms and shore gazing" ... we all know this stance so well. But the whole thing is beautifully written ... that awful feeling when you know you've lost the other person.
    Very moving.

    "What answers can be found in nature when all is hollow inside." - Yikes, what a perfect line... this really blew me away.

    Your word use in this piece is on point, getting your point across while also painting a beautifully tragic picture of a once impassioned romance weakened over time into one-sided love. The first verse really had me envisioning a sort of dark, gothic scene -- it really was a sort lucid imagery as I'd get from a book.

    I enjoyed this piece, great work.
