Oh Larry, this is so heartbreakingly beautiful. My deepest condolences to your wife and all of you for your loss. |

Brenda & Em, thank you both. |

My deepest condolences and sympathies to all of you <3 This poem was sorrowful yet filled with wisdom and hope. Reading this made me feel less alone, and maybe others too who have experienced loss. I think the most comforting thought is knowing that "this trail is not solitary" that you can walk it together. |

Larry it's not often I comment on the things you write as others convey things far more eloquently than I. They say the things I would wish to far more gracefully too. |

Judging Comment - To My Wife on the Loss of Her Father by Larry Chamberlain points 10 - This is very beautifully and delicately written and moved me no end which I'm sure can be said for anyone else reading it. It is clear that you love your wife and will support her through this difficult time, it is also clear that you thought highly of your father in law. I would just like to take this opportunity to say you and your family are in my thoughts. |
