Time passers so so swiftly and we see many many winters.

But oh how those summers will never be forgotten, especially those summer moments in the autumn and winters of life experience.

It is difficult to judge this contest when a super mod writes such a great poem. I have read this 3 times and I have read all 31 poems nominated this week twice. I have to be sure that this is my second favourite poem this week and it is. There is always that nagging doubt that because he is a mod I like his poem and I am sure the mods think this as well. But I can be sure that I have picked this for the right reasons. Larry's poem takes us back in time season by season and not only gives us a snapshot of his journey but gives us all a subtle reminder that time skips by whether we choose to make the most of every day or whether we standstill and watch it race by. A poem extremely well crafted and I am thankful it was shared. (7 points)
