Red Light Run

by Victoria Ramey   Jan 13, 2019

Here he comes,
Bite my tongue,
Learn to run learn to run,
Eyes of such broken suns,
Melt my heart,
It hurts too much,
I cannot run, I cannot run
Cuz
Hes got me frozen in this hell,
Tormented at his will,
Got me feeling things I cannot tell,
No warning signs could ever spell...
Red light
Red light
Run...
Red light
Red light
Run...
Hes got me wrapped up in his arms,
His finger tips set off alarms,
My heart cant keep up with the charge,
I'm barricaded behind his bars,
Cuz
Hes got me frozen in this hell,
Tormented at his will,
Got me feeling things I cannot tell,
No warning signs could ever spell...
Red light,
Red light,
Run...
Red light,
Red light,
Run...

It's funny that we seem to often run towards the flashing red lights when we should be running away from them, in fact.

Take care and all the very best,

    Ben
