Lonely Girl

How can the one I lived for
Just walk right out of my life
Leave me here all alone
Just leave me wandering why

I wander what I did to you
TO make you break my heart
I'm starting to wander why
You want me to fall apart

You told me that you've changed
And I thought these words were true
Things went well for a while
Then something happened to you

It went back to the way things were
When i thought that I knew you
But I really didn't see
How much damage you can do

So here I am all alone
With the feeling NOBODY CARES
Every body I turn to just
Act as if I'm not there

I don't know why I love you so much
Because I know you don't love me
You can say you love me all you want
If it will make you happy

But i guess I'll have to get over it
And keep on living in my world
Living life so very lonely
I'm just a Lonely Girl

    excellent poem.... very well written and shows some emotion.... im in the same boat.... just a lonly guy.... but keep your head up.... theres always someone out there that cares... keep up the good writting...

    Bravo.

    I was glad to see that you wrote another poem, i enjoy your poems very much as you and i think a lot a like. So it is sort of a "well at least i am not the only one" type deal. I am sorry that you feel saddened by such an event.

    Just keep your chin up and your nose clean and you will get through life, if your a nice person then you just have to wait for great things to come, if not then you will make them come your way. By some means....you seem like a talented and well person so i think you will be just fine.
