with swollen feet and blurry eyes,
been wanderin\' this utopia\'s ironic lies.....
with an oblivious soul and a broken heart,
been begging bliss to give me a little part....

been scarred and still profusely bleeding...
been stripped off, still calmy enduring...
been heartlessly harrassed, yet still fighting....
i\'m almost lifeless, still cant embrace what i\'m needing...

been saying five decades, still kneeling a starving deaf,
been scraping off the algae, my query still in the shelf,
i gave sacrifice, tolerance their most profound definition,
yet i\'m drowning with forlorn tears without someone to hold on.....

will someone take me to a trance i can call real,
will someone engrave love i can actually feel...
been in desperation\'s emptiness eversince the stars glistened...
will someone just help me take care of this heart i have to mend.....
