Emptiness

My soul is bottomless
I just keep falling
never grabbing on to the side
trying not to give up
but losing hope fast
my heart is so empty
wanting to love so bad
but almost forgetting how
my trust is lost
somewhere in the past
and my life is full of emptiness
so unedifying and pointless
i just go day in and day out
with the same old uneventful ****
until i crash in this pile of emptiness
