Grandparents

I remember the days they were here,
they teach us what and not to fear,
what to learn and not to do
so others will see how we grew.

what are grandparents anyway?
they're not only lolos and lolas are they?
maybe for others, yes they might be
but for me they are one and only.

i will never forget you guyz,
you're one we'll never forget
not because you're a relative only
but because you are special to me

i know that wherever you are
you'll guide even if you're far
i hope someday you and me
will be in paradise as others can be.
