Things Have Changed

I guess things have changed
I don't feel the same
before I wanted you more than anything
but I now realize that when you around its heartache you bring
And I can't do this anymore
I don't want to be used like before
I know I miss you and love you to death
but all the things you've done I can't forget
when I lay with you and hold you tight
in the back of my mind I'm wondering where you were the other night
when I feel your lips press up on mine
I pretend to act as if I'm fine
but truth is its never going to be the same
you were gone for too long and now things have changed
I don't want to wonder for the rest of my life
where you disappeared to all those nights
And when we talk its not like before
we just argue and fight so whats the use anymore
we've grown apart and It took me this long to see
that maybe it really wasn't meant to be
