When Did

I sit here asking myself why
did you and I have to say goodbye
what happened to those lovely years
where we had smiles with our tears
what happened to the days when we promised to always be there for each other
and never leave one another
when did the smiles be replaced with sad frowns
when did we stop being around
where are the days when we use to hug and kiss
those are the days I treasure and the moments that will deeply be missed
what happened to the talks that we use to share
talks about the future, and how much we care
when were the talks replace with screams and yells
when did our heaven turn into hell?
what happened to those days when we promised marriage and a better life for the kids
when did everything start to crumble like this
where did our problems start I don't even know
why did everything precious to me have to go

    If only we had the answers to these questions that torture our minds and heart.
