Not How it Used to Be....

...not how it used to be...

Time needs to stop.
We need to realize what's going on.
We need to take a few steps back.
And decide on what needs to be done.

We have to do, what we need to do.
But losing you isn't something I'm ready for.
I know it'll hurt.
But its not something we can ignore.

I love you with all of my heart.
But our relationship isn't what it used to be.
It hurts to even think about it.
Because you mean the world to me.

Whatever happens
...happens for the best...
We can be happy or we can hurt.
But you'll always mean more to me- than the rest.
No matter what happens...
You'll eternally be my best friend.
I love you, and I always will.
But our relationship needs to mend.

So lets take this seriously.
Lets take this break.
This will help us to show...
...that our love for each other isn't fake.

Things are going to change.
And there's really no avoiding it.
Tears will be shed and our hearts will ache.
And we won't like it one bit!

Hugs will be limited.
Kissing is something we'll no longer do.
There'll be no more love making.
Even though I'll forever love you.

You mean everything to me.
And that's something that'll never change.
Forever you'll have my heart
Is that ok?
