Is this real.. what I am hearing, is it true?
You have always been so smart, is this the new you?

It's so hard to swallow what your steps have now been
In order to move forward, you may have to take a few steps back
But instead of wanting to move forward and be better, to do better
You have officially just gone back
To the NEGATIVE bullshit-childish-immature-I-can't-do-nothing ways

What happened to the positivity, has all your pride gone away?
I always believed you could do better, you said it once or more
Why after times of saying you wanted to try have you finally closed the door?
It takes work and hard times to finally pull through
I suppose you're part of the weak seeing you think you're left with nothing to do

There's always something more, but negativity for you has taken over
You think you have been born with no cause, which I find is such a bother
We're all human, have choices and the choice of yours you have made
Let all the ones who ever loved and cared for you down and have gone away

You show no emotion, the goals you once had are gone
It's like you're a machine, had deleted all of us alone
But what about you.. is this what you plan for life?
What happened to you really, how have you changed overnight?
It's indescribable, undeniable of how I now feel for you

I still LOVE you and care so much, but there's only so much one can do

When you hurt, sadden, disappoint and anger another
It's only human, we all make mistakes, it's the next step then the other
to see that you truly are sorry and care to be better
But I have learned you are none of those things, you think alone is better

You were loving, caring, considerate and a dreamer
You are now stupid, lame, sad, alone and now a non believer
You have left, is gone and very much a deceiver
To the eyes, the felt, the heart and betrayal
How could this be you, how has your heart chosen to fail?

You can be anything, many things, a man of great success
But with things looking down on you now, you don't want to work, but stress
enough that life is worthless, yours to be exact
You have claimed this and that, but this is true and that you have chosen to be
The arrogant, ignorant, negative human being

You need help, but seek it in the wrong ways
Knowing it's wrong, but you breath it in anyways
You see the sickness when you look in the mirror
But feel less hope each and everyday
when your dreams are nothing but a meaningless thought
of your could be happiness you threw away

I still would like to help, in any means necessary
but you have pushed me so far away, what is your secondary?
Cause the first is not you, your family, love or friends.
The second must be your home, that you've broken and there is no end
to the pain you have caused and are causing still to this day
that we all love and want you to be better and hoping on day you may
realize from your trouble that there is more to life than that

To know you are better than this, with this you can again stand
Is this what you really want? Cause the man I knew you once as
would be looking back or could be and see is was just
another one experience, negative and never to replay
But because I see no change in heart, in you there will never come that day

I want what is best for you and with the love I have for you
I have nothing else, nothing more I can say for you
To listen, to learn that patience is the key
You can't expect everything to be right for you in 1, 2, 3
To be that man and explore the world, to make your cash and your dues to pay
You must work hard, time and patience is needed to seize the day

I Love You. The greatest dear friend you have always been to me
We have been through alot, my old roommate at one time, can't you see
that I'm here, have always been, reaching out for you to hold
You don't want me, don't need me, don't care as I'm told
from your lack of response to the needs I would like to fulfill
You have chosen this route in your life and without me it includes

So enjoy yourself, know you can be better, keep dreaming to explore
You think this is the best you can do, but more is all in store
Hard work and will to succeed is where you need to start in order for you to be
