Just Friends

Days went fast
we had so much fun back then

We were just best friends
trying to figure out what love is

We were in pure bliss,
its funny how one moment
can change your life

I remember falling to my knees,
in disbelief how did it happen?

Now I've had time to think about it,
and did we ever really figure it out.

I think we did
because we still have friendship,
and friendship is forever

And there might come a day,
when I need my best friend,
so never take her from me.

And never give up on friendship,
cause there was a time,
when that's all we had!!
