Spell of the Raven.
by Courageous Dreamer

Splattered stars lace
their pointed branches,
forming galaxies of light
amidst interstellar space.

- midnight strikes -

irate echoes of a raven
choke existence of charming
constellations as they cling
to vivacious atmospheres,
strangling oxygen.

the canvas of studded stars
now tarnished in death;
a plaster of ebony skies.

This sight is revolting, fictitious and dead.
It's Imperfect and augmented inside my head.
How could this be the outcome of such a good thing,
I feel like a penguin, cold, no meaning within.
Cold like the sea, with danger nearby.
My dorsal fin holding myself up high.
I'll pretend that i'm something i'm not to get through,
Plug staples in the holes of myself, long overdue.
I'll stand here transfixed, staring right at your face,
This lost faith in humanity you cannot replace.
You, Her, Me.

Tianted lips (a fathers rebuke)- list 4

Fierce in every word uttered
Warped thoughts unheard

Cold sentences formed from his lips
With him you will feel the meaning alienate
Keep your own moral high
Last a year to make your resolution

I wont become foul mouthed
Regress at the chance to become dirty
No longer having the sweet smell of mirth
At the chance for my virtue gone

Trepidation arises each day I return
It would be me to be inauspicious wouldnt it?
His words scolded my now titian colored heart

I lost it all
regressing turning my heart black.

I tried my hand at a style of poetry i couldn't understand. neither the mind frame nor the basics of its form. i'm not even sure if its suppose to rhyme. but in any case first time thanx for letting me give it a go.

Mine will be in in the next few days. I'm sorry ive just been swamped with exams. :( hate them.

The Raven ~ Kim

The raven so charming and intelligent
Perched upon hollow twisted branches
He can choke and take your oxygen
Yet you enjoy the vivacious song of his
He kills and stalks and hunts you down
But his beauty still overshadows disaster
You can point out the interstellar dust
And he'll point out that it is only plaster
He'll play with you until you're tarnished
But any longer and he becomes irate
Because he understands time ruins everyone
Everything fades into a different state

kay so it sorta sucks but my brain is like mush... so many exams!!! Ugh.

Counterfeit emotions swirl,
Mystifying blaring virtuality,
probing electronic socket,
scans scorching August sky.

Binocular vision-rummages
through rotten humanity,
Concrete city of metal
panics on a curved future.

Basket of ancient blossoms,
showcased in gallery,
symbolizing - sphere of life
that existed, once upon a time.
