Tenebris

by Duvnjak   Jan 5, 2015

The fascination of darkness overrides the light.
It's not about the majesty of the stars but rather whats between them.
The Sun even reaches out for the dark,
spreads it's rays out like arms forth into the abyss.
Atoms trying to escape out into the quiet blackness.
I hold the incendiary device ready to ignite the fuse of the permanent eclipse.
So that the moon may eternally sleep,
and I may permanently close the curtains of my soul.
