Fingers and hands are never really thought about at all or written about. But as artists we need both, just to feel. Great insight on something not mentioned a lot. I do love the imagery and love throughout, each stanza has a different scene overall. Writing is the most important to get your feelings out. Just the feel of the pen and paper leaves your heart warm. The second stanza holds the love of a child. Just being able to cup their face brings joy to any parents life. The whole poem goes back to happiness. By just having fingers you can do so much
