Lie with me beneath the sky
Count the stars that share the night
Bathe in streams, from mountains fall
Hear with me, the night birds call

The imagery sweeps into my heart and bathes me in the tranquility of whispered promises of forever.

I love you began the poem with the two couplets and then ended it with the same two couplets.

I'm not good at breaking down things in a poem, But I know what I like when I read it. This is a poem that stays with you long after you read it. One you would like to get lost in over and over.

Touch only, with gentle hands
Walk with me on morning sand
Dreams that linger in the heart
A bond that life can't tear apart

This kind of love is a rare find. One everyone wishes for. It brings so many wonderful memories back to me. For I was lucky to have found a true love.

Build a fire within my soul
Create a love story yet untold
Hold my hand and walk with me
Into the realm, eternity

This brought a tear to my eye. Waiting for that eternity.

Whisper my name upon a kiss
Forever my love ,promise me this
