Why it happens to me alone?*

Why the flowers fade in a day?
Why the sun sets the same day?
Why the youth fades away so soon?
In all these is Nature's boon.

Why the lotus blooms for a while?
Why beauties after a while beguile?
Everything has its own profile,
Nature gives everything a trial.

Winter is always followed by spring,
Music mixes up low notes and zing;
There is always a monotony in One,
Change and diversity create all fun.

When the sun sets in the East,
It rises in the West,
So that we can have the rest,
And they have the zest.

It was composed in reponse to Abha's poem: "Oh God, why me?"

    Lovely.. N I think Abha does not write over here anymore... else she was a spectacular writer n she has a nice reputation where she writes... I love to read her poems n as well as urs...

    Yeah everything that has a life has a span a life cycle... n in d end wen the thing that was not remains anymore.. their fragrance n memories remin n it is passed on from generations to generations thru tell tales or thru books of wisdom..
