The Act (Part 2)

by Extinct Angel   Jun 28, 2008

The act of life is
Truly gods miracle
Yet the act of sin
Is satisfyingly divine
Righteousness is our attempt
To rid ourselves of pain
But we still mutilate
From a world we can't escape
We feel life is a prison
When it is a prairie
So clouded our judgment
Why must we always feel
Unimportant to loved ones
Are they not called loved
Because of the notion of
Blissful compassion yet
In the end by your hand
Her hand, his hand, or Gods hand
The curtains will be drawn
One day upon the stage of life

You never fail to amaze the reader and I feel the urge so say that with every poem there is always something new to learn from it - there's always a message that can be drawn from it - never a dull moment with such a poem.

And yet you always praise my work and when I look at yours I feel speechless to say the least for yours silently echo through my mind and provide an inspiration in life.

Once again yet another marvelous write. From the start to the end it is just perfect! 5/5 from me.
