What a touching poem.I shall help you climb the mountain...as thats what friends are for.

There are footprints on the trail
of ones who've gone before
Lord give me strength to continue on
to the place where eagles soar

This poem touched me in ways I can't even express. So I will just tell you how I feel it was constructed.
Well it's perfect:-) the flow, the rhyme and emotions were there in harmony. A perfect song from a poets heart.
