Daddys little girl

It was all so sudden
She was just a little girl
Without a chance in this cold world

Once her mom had died
She was left alone
Until her dad came and gave her a home

He fed her, clothed her and made her happy
She would do anything to please her daddy
He even gave her a sweet little bear
That she began to carry everywhere
He gave her a chance
to survive in this world
He made her one happy little girl

Then one day she woke up really scared
She had just arisen from a nightmare
She dreamed her father had died in his sleep
Without a sound, without a peep

She went to his room to wake him up
