Very sweet, simple.. yet it explains that in this short period of time you've found someone who takes away the pain and strife and he has your heart. Simple, yet beautiful. First poem in a month..well, if you are going to wait a month before posting you may as well make it a good one...and you have.

You have excellent technique in your writing, using a clear format, which uses good flow and rhyme. Along with this you have told this personal love story about a boy who hurt you really badly. This isn't specificallyu about him, rather the lesson that you have learnt with this new love. He may have your heart, but keeping a piece back for you, not giving everything helps to keep a person grounded.

Well done, a very mature poem.
