This sounds like a suicide note to me, really moving indeed. I loved the poem towards the end, where you tell everybody how much you wish them well. Capitalise that love and let it be your stepping stone, let them be your guide and shelter from your cries. You are special to you family, friends and to God himself. I liked the rhymes that you used occasionally, made your work flow.
