I'm well too tired to go into depth, but I did love this.

"Hold hands with those whom grieve
and erase the sorrow that lies within."

Wow. I may have misunderstood this, but for me the idea of the deceased holding hands with the people they are leaving behind is..wow. Powerful. I'm sure this could be taken in a different light, eg: The writer is comforting the people mourning. BUT I like my first thought. :)

The ending fits perfect with the title.
You ended it like a prayer and that added a little extra.

Atm this was the perfect poem for me.
