Where Would I Go

Darkness creeps in from every angle
I feel so lost, my words are tangled
I try to tell you how I feel
I hope you know my love is real

We fight so much, sometimes we forget
The special moments, things to regret
I'm trying hard, you might not see
But your heart and soul set me free

When things get hard, just hold me tight
hold on long enough to get through the night
The rain will fall, but please believe
you're the one I need, my everything

I feel your warmth even when you're far
I see your face in every star
I lose my ground so many times
Without your love, i'd lose my mind

When I hurt you, my heart breaks
I'm trying so hard to not make mistakes
You're my angel, I hope you know
without you, where would I go?

    Been a loooong time since i last spent some time on this site. since i was not getting any feedback on my latest poems... anyways i was reading the comments i got on my poems, and u seemed to be very present in them so, trying to return the favor.
    i loved this one, 5/5 straight up! especially the 1st paragraph. but all of it is really good!!
    PS: good to finally be able to match a face to u (uploaded profile pic...)
