Sea Of Broken Dreams

Not wanting to let go of what we had
Not wanting to let you go and then be sad.
No more thinking that we're meant forever
Cause our fairytale dream is a never.
No more thoughts about what will happen in the future
Cause now the future isn't that super.

What happened with us is now the past
Even though I thought it would always last.
The things I use it dream about
Are so painful now they put me in a world of doubt.
Why did this happen to us?
Our worlds was filled with a sea of dreams that we thought would bring a must.

So now you are off with that new girl
Someone that can make your head whril.
I am left here alone
With nobody to call my own.
I wonder if you remember what we used to see
Cause now all that is left of it is this sea of broken dreams.

    "The things I use it dream about"
    the third line in second verse should read the things i used to dream about?

    Someone that can make your head whril.
    this line in the last verse should read whirl not whril?

    fix these mistakes and i think you got yourself a really good poem. i think a lot of peopl ewho read this will relate to the pain you are left with when you lose someone which you have written well.

    it flowed quite good and the emotion ran with it from start to end creating a really moving poem.

    and also, anyone who doesnt appreciate you doesnt deserve to be in your life. you deserve better.
